“The Signal Integrity Diagnostic was sophisticated and structurally rigorous, not just conceptual. It made hidden misalignments and operational strain visible, and clarified why they were limiting our performance. It gave us direction, not just insight.”

I've known Floris Robert Slob for years through our shared passion for cold water dipping. Over time, I watched his professional evolution from SAP Project Manager through Change Management and Coaching, ultimately crystallising into what he now calls 'signal integrity'. I'll be honest: I struggled to understand how this would translate into actionable business insights.
When he proposed a Signal Integrity Diagnostic for our organisation, I faced a real challenge: how do you convince a pragmatic senior management team to invest in measuring something as abstract as organisational signal? I found myself trying to explain concepts I didn't fully understand to colleagues who would inevitably ask, “What's the ROI on signal integrity?”
Then Robert delivered his presentation. He opened with a rugby analogy — the All Blacks versus the Springboks — describing how the South African team's energy alignment after halftime completely transformed their performance. Suddenly, the abstract became concrete. My colleagues leaned forward.
The diagnostic was sophisticated, surveying leadership, middle management, employees and external stakeholders across seven measurable dimensions with weighted scores, alignment penalties and coherence measurements. This wasn't vague theory. It was structured organisational analysis.
The results aligned remarkably with insights from a leadership retreat we'd conducted two months earlier. But the Signal Integrity Index reframed these challenges through a signal clarity lens, showing us not just what needed to change, but why these issues were creating systemic blockages.
The assessment provided a clear roadmap with specific actions and measurable outcomes. And it gave me the credibility with my senior team that I'd initially worried I was risking.
