When teams understand the strategy, but don't move together
Signal Alignment Workshops
Create shared clarity across teams. Priorities become clear. Decisions turn into action faster.
Teams can understand the strategy perfectly well and still not move together. Workshops address the layer underneath comprehension: what people believe is actually being prioritised, what they think they are permitted to decide, and what is never said out loud in the room.
What changes
- Shared language for what the organisation is actually prioritising
- The unspoken blockers named in the room
- A reset of the collaborative baseline across departments
The format
A neutral, high-trust room where the real conversation can happen
Sessions are designed around what the group is actually carrying, not around a fixed curriculum. The starting point is usually a diagnostic reading, a leadership brief, or a specific moment: a merger, a reorganisation, a stalled programme, a new leadership team finding its footing.
The work uses structured dialogue and collective introspection to bring the unspoken organisational patterns into view: the elephants in the room that high-pressure environments are very good at routing around.
Formats range from a half-day alignment reset through to multi-day retreats. Recent examples include a one-day senior-management retreat for the Medicines Patent Pool in Geneva, and the Energy@Work! session at the Toastmasters Maltalink conference.
- Signal Alignment Workshop, 2 hrs
- Leadership alignment reset, half day
- Business retreat design & facilitation, 1 day
- Energy@Work!, a regenerative leadership session
- Multi-day retreats, on request
What comes out of it
A reset of the collaborative baseline
The outcome is not a deck. It is a shared, spoken understanding of what the group is prioritising, where the friction actually sits, and what each part of the organisation has agreed to carry.
Where a diagnostic has already run, the workshop is where its findings stop being a report and start being a set of decisions.
Workshops & Team Interventions
“More than a workshop, Energy@Work felt like a reset — tuning us into a deeper frequency of purpose, presence, and relational intelligence.”
